ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Employee for its Human Resources department in Istanbul Ataşehir office.

Your Job Description

• Serving as the first point of contact and providing full cycle HR support to address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries,
• Taking responsibility mainly on recruitment activities (ad posting, candidate screening, phone interviewing, candidate sourcing etc)
• Taking responsibility on routine day-to-day or monthly operational activities (reporting, liaising with internal customers and third parties, etc)
• Taking part in onboarding and offboarding processes and liaising with related departments to ensure smooth transition
• Ensuring that documents and files are archived according to established standards

Requirements

• Motivated for a career in Human Resources and eager to learn
• 4th year University students, Master’s students or fresh graduates,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills       
• Able to research and analyze
• Able to work a minimum of three days a week
