We sell our products to large industrial customers in ~80 countries around the world. Fundamental to many industrial production processes, soda ash is one of life’s invisible ingredients which plays an essential role in the sustainable products we use in everyday modern life.

We are looking for someone who can take on the role of Senior Sales Reporting Analyst within our team;

Job Description:

• Prepare and share MTD & YTD reports with a sales and the management team,
• Monitoring budget achievement daily, monthly and yearly,
• Work closely with the different departments to analyze discussions by customer basis on price, gross Revenue, and netback,
• Responsible to update in the management reports; price increases, production volume changes and customers’ shipping requirements,
• Play an active role in budgeting; preparing volume & price breakdown by customer, product, destination, shipping type, and package type,
• Work closely with consultants for  the financial reports in Qlik  and will be playing active role in reporting and automation of projects,
• Responsible to improve Qlik reports and analysis.

General Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Experienced in using with ERP, CRM and other reporting tools & softwares (e.g. SAP modules, Qlik),
• Should be a team player and motivate herself/himself while working under pressure,
• Strong communication, influencing and analysis skills,
• Good verbal and written skills in English,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions,
• Residing in or willing to reside at İstanbul.

Education & Experience:

• Min. 5-7 years experience in a related field,
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
