We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist/Executive who will report to Compansation and Benefits Manager with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Basic knowledge of laws and regulations
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Highly committed, result oriented personality and a desire to achieve

Responsibilities

• Assisting in development and administration of total reward strategy to assure external competitiveness and internal equity
• Performing job evaluation process
• Administration of salary reviews and benefits
• Conducting analyses to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization’s compensation and benefits programmes
• Assissting in personnel cost budgeting process
• Preparing HR Reports, conducting headcount and cost analysis
• Calculating sales incentives and conducting related analysis
