We are Toptalent, the leading career website for top talents in Turkey. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist -responsible from Social Media and Events- in our team.

Responsibilities 

• Design and build successful and scalable digital campaigns
• Develop and maintain our digital user acquisition efforts including paid search, paid social, video, display and retargeting campaigns
• Optimize traffic to deliver quality and quantity of leads, including working together with other channels such as organic, affiliate and content marketing
• Design creative growth strategies and campaign ideas to further establish thought leadership, increase brand awareness, and generate incoming leads
• Ability to organize e-mail marketing, re-marketing, targeting processes and using necessary tools in line with campaign objectives
• Extensively use Google Analytics to drive efficiencies in performance
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
• Manage social media accounts on a daily basis

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience at marketing department in a digital position or at media agencies.
• Strong interest in Digital Marketing
• Strong academic background; degree from a recognized academic institution
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• A marketing technologist with demonstrated passion for data; 
• Super energetic positive attitude, strong sense of humor and a hearty appetite for growth
• A great team player
