Job Summary:

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions. You will work closely with our content team to optimize existing content and coordinate creating new, high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for content optimization.
• Content Optimization: Optimize existing content for on-page SEO elements (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, internal linking) and ensure it aligns with target keywords.
• Content Research: Research and identify topics that resonate with our target audience and have strong SEO potential.
• Content Publishing: Coordinate with writers to create new, engaging, and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
• Backlink Outreach: Develop and execute a backlink outreach strategy to build high-quality links from relevant websites.
• Writer Coordination: Collaborate with writers to provide guidance on SEO best practices, content optimization, and topic selection.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues impacting website performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and other relevant metrics to measure SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO concepts, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and website analytics.
• Tools: Proficiency in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
• Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Turkish is required.
