You will be responsible for dealing with Import/Export Operations of PaneraTech and will be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead process improvement initiatives, and drive operational excellence in the Logistics function.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist and oversee end-to-end logistics operation including customs clearance, documentation, freight/shipment operations in accordance with planning and company policies,
- Assist the operations team by ensuring that packaging list, commercial invoices, and all required shipment documents are prepared accurately,
- Ensure that import & export shipments are done accurately, on time and review the activities done by Operation unit, documents of exported/imported shipments are being followed by the customs regulations, establishing effective communication with Customs Brokers,
- Ensure that logistics/Operation payment, shipment and import/export trackers and Logistics/Operation data are up-to date on Microsoft Dynamics, keep all documentations accurate, digitalized and archived,
- Work collaboratively with Compliance & Logistics Team Leader and Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement logistics and operational strategies to optimize processes and drive cost/time savings while maintaining quality standards, ensure information flow is actively working within the logistics operation between related teams,
- Support the Logistics Team qualification performance activities by having key role on conducting regular evaluations of logistics vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards, and managing relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, foster strategic partnerships to secure the best pricing and terms,
- Ensure new travel system is working properly and support PT staff when assistance is required, take part in any new project concerning the department,
- Contribute to logistics daily to-do list and submission of the weekly activities’ reports to Compliance &Logistics Team Leader,
- Perform other related tasks assigned by Compliance & Logistics Team Leader and Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for reporting and communication of progress and achievement of the specific assigned task.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field,
- Proven experience in customs, ATA Carnets, import and export operations, preferably in a global tech company or a similar industry,
- Minimum 1 year of professional experiences in logistics and/or SCM,
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance,
- Knowledge of logistics, Custom’s Regulations and procedures,
- Proficiency in using ERP software and tools,
- Excellent communication and coordination skills required dealing with different departments,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions,
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities to engage with suppliers and drive favorable terms,
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities,
- Collaborative, self-esteemed and patient in crisis,
- Communicating in English and Turkish both written and verbal is a must.
- Working location is Ostim in a hybrid schedule.
