- Bachelors’ Degree (Preferably Computer Education and Educational Technology, Psychology, Human Resources)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (knowledge will be tested)
- Desire a future in HR, especially in organizational development area
- Eager to learn and have global point of view
- Ability to approach tasks from a broad perspective and recommends solutions that support program objectives
- Have ability to work with systems and quick thinker with system problematics
- Will to work with blue collar employees and warehouse environment
- Deal with working at different locations
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who will support Organizational Development & Training processes and support many functions of organizational development, talent management and training organization.
Internship will take approximately 3-6 months and contain system migration, LMS administration, renovating performance development system and organizational structure, learning design and evaluation by working closely with employees. The intern will have opportunity to be in all the related processes and projects to obtain added value for both sides.
