We are looking for a   CRM Intern to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students currently in their 4th year or in their 1st year of a graduate program
• Able to work 5 days a week
• Self-managed, assertive, result-oriented, proactive and able to work with deadlines
• Digital mindset & strong problem solving skills
• MS Office skills; in particular Excel & PowerPoint
• CRM and E-Commerce related experience is a strong plus

Job Description

• Attends project meetings and keeps meeting minutes, follows up tasks
• Tracks, updates and reports CRM data for marketing actions
• Assists all processes of CRM based digital projects. (D2C, B2B, eCom)
• Responds to complaints from all platforms related to loyalty, D2C, B2B and eCom
• Supports the field teams related to all projects based on CRM
• Preferably uses Microsoft Dynamics
