QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a long term intern to support our human resources procedures.

Qualifications:

·       Senior (4th year) undergraduate or Master’s student preferably in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or Industrial Engineering,

·        Ambition to pursue a career in Human Resources

·        Excellent written and verbal skills in English

·        Good level of MS Office Applications

·        Eager to learn and advance in a fast paced international environment

·        A self starter and continuous learner

·        Able to work minimum 3 days a week (Hybrid working on-site or remote)

Accountabilities: 

·       Support team in all HR business processes (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications etc.)

·       Support and use of global HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
