QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

     Job Profile

• Preparing instructions, guidelines, and trainings to the operators related to daily production operations,
• Planning, reporting shift and team activities,
• Tracking, reporting warehousing and feeding operations performance,
• Following the process and preparing improvement plans,
• Tracking, reporting employees’ performance and reporting to department head,
• Communicating and cooperating with related departments,
• Making daily 5S, work safety, and environment tours in production areas, defining requirements, taking actions, and reporting the results.
• Preparing the work orders,
• Taking an active role in the continuous improvement projects and KAIZENs.

    Qualifications

• University degree in Material / Metallurgical or Machine Engineering,
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Available for shift based working 6 days a week,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Good communication skills and teamwork,
• Good at problem-solving and able to take initiative,
• Living/willing to live in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Gebze, or Kocaeli
