QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Good knowledge of other MS applications such as MS office
• Good technical, analytical, problem solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication, documentation, and planning skills.
• Good verbal and written English language
• Ability to work effectively within the Team.
• Highly self-motivated
• Must demonstrate the ability to think and work independently.
• Troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
• Preferably, some experience in supporting Windows operating systems. Windows 7 and windows 10 pro
• Preferably, some experience in managing large PC environment preferred
• Preferably, some experience in computer software applications and desktop/laptop systems and other end user devices such as printers and mobile phones and tablets.
• Preferably, some experience with Windows 10, Win7, Office 2013 and beyond.
• Preferably, some experience with imaging systems
