QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What we expect from you:

·        3rd & 4th year university students from Management, Economy, Industrial / Management Engineering or other Social Science departments

·        Desire to have career in Human Resources field

·        Able to work minimum 2.5 days/week for 2 semesters

·        High level of English and Turkish proficiency

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications

·        Result oriented, open minded

·        Curious and eager to learn

·        Energy and positive attitude


Job description:

·        Take responsibilities in diverse projects, which would bring added value to both Human Resources and overall business. (such as Employer Branding or Diversity & Inclusion)

·        Support HR Sr. Manager in Colleague Experience activities: i.e. talent development, performance management, talent management, HR Analytics and more.

·        Assist department operations

·        Have the opportunity to participate in HRwise training program
