• Fresh graduates or Master students, Human Resources internship experience is preferred
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Team worker, problem solver and decision maker
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Good in interpersonal relations

Job description

• Supports selection &  recruitment process, 
• Supports the training organizations, keeping the e-learning system update
• Communications with the global Learning Management System (in Germany) team in case of any problems with the system and the process.
• Supports the targeted HR projects in the year, 
• Supports routine HR office duties and all administrative functions
• Assists HR department in the other related projects
