QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In our İstanbul-Maslak HQ, we are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications to be appointed as an HR Intern at the HR Department;

  Qualifications

  • Studying in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related departments or master student in Human Resources who will assist HR team part-time,
  • Able to work at least 3 days a week,
  • Very good command of English,
  • Knowledge and user experience in MS Office Applications,
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Willing to learn and take responsibility,
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and creative mindset,
  • Looking forward to having a carrier in HR Function.

Job Description

  • Supporting recruitment process; candidate search, organizing candidate interviews,
  • Managing company website updates and social media accounts,
  • İnvolving in monthly, quarterly and annual report processes to our global partner,
  • Executing SAP Employee Central updates and SAP LMS system process,
  • Managing personnel files, annual leave and overtime form,
  • Taking an active role in GDPR operations,
  • Supporting HR operation processes.
