Job Description

We are looking for a Long-term HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

Responsibilities

·         Help to update HR database and support on general HR reports & HR tools,

·         Support recruitment process (job ads, phone interviews, reference check etc.),

·         Support onboarding processes,

·         Supporting training processes, follow up the attendance lists and keep records of it,

·         Providing operational support all HR processes.

Qualifications

 ·        3rd & 4th year university students,

·         Able to work minimum 3-4 full days a week,

·         Excellent command of English and Turkish,

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications,

·         Result oriented and eager to learn,

·         Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated individual and team player.

·         Have compulsory internship is must ( who doesn’t have will not be evaluated)
