QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment ( posting job ads, screening of applications, scheduling interviews),
- Working on the selection process phone interviews, organizing face to face interviews, etc for candidates
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by orientation schedule
- Assisting newcomers and arranging introductory meetings
- Maintenance of proper filing system for HR records and documents
- Following the paperwork process of annual leave, overtime, performance form, etc.
- Organizing the employee’s files and updating the system
- Supports human resources system and ERP system
- Keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Assisting with the daily office duties and tasks
- Other tasks of similar nature upon request.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to follow, read and understand Standard Operating Procedures
- Interest and enthusiasm to work on Software programs
- Ability to analyze and interpret the outcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English preferred
- Attention to details
- Ability to build relationships with employees
- Creative and innovative
- Time management
- Team-based work competencies
