• MBA/M.Sc. students or 3rd/4th grade university students who are majoring in Engineering, Legal, Business Administration, Labor Economics, International Relations or related fields
• Strategic and analytical thinker

• Eager to learn through experience
• High level of professional maturity and sensitivity to confidentiality
• Strong command of English
• Internship experience would be an asset
• Full time or flexible schedule to work for min. 3 days a week

• Support implementation of affiliate Compliance program elements
• Support development and delivery of Ethics and Compliance training and communication
• Supports L&D team to keep the Training Matrix including Policy & Procedures Library up to date, monitors implementation of training matrix.
• Update Ethics & Compliance Intranet site regularly
• Coordinate localization of global policy and procedures
• Organize E&C champ meetings and programs
