Qualifications:

• Excellent with MS Office Applications
• Full time during summer and semester holiday, looking to extend to a flexible schedule to work for at least 3 days per week is a must
• Dynamic, strong relationship management
• 3rd / Last year student in undergraduate program (such as Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Istatistics, Economics etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities, Expectations:

• Track and support daily reporting of customer satisfaction.
• Measure the efficiency of B2B advertisements and communication channels, ensuring the data is kept up-to-date.
• Support the operational processes of the Digital Marketing team.
• Assist with additional research and benchmarking tasks as needed.
