The Digital Marketing Intern assists and supports the Digital Marketing team with the development and implementation of digital strategies and various marketing initiatives and projects.

YOUR ROLE

• Help create social media posts and assist with channel management
• Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
• Help marketing team brainstorm, create and deliver effective social media campaigns
• Influencers: Help design and send influencer box shipments and samplings
• Assist with event concept building and theme development. Assist with all other event preparation, from inception to day-of execution to post event wrap-up.
• Market and competitor research
• Develop, and deliver an end-of-semester intern project

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tik Tok and YouTube)
• Experience with social media analytics preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, Photoshop proficiency a plus.
• Knowledge of hair and beauty industry preferred
• Love of learning and pride in resourcefulness
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team-player who is highly self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
