Your Responsibilities

/ Supporting the Customer Service team and projects
/ Analysing customer expectations
/ Monitoring and reporting performances
/ Supporting to create technical documentation
Your Profile
/ Master students at first year,preferabaly on mechanical/industrial/electric or electrical and electrical engineering or related departmants
/ Available to work at least 3 days/week and full-time in summer
/ Strong communication ,strong analytical skills, team-player, self-managed, assertive, able to work with deadlines
/ Aims to have a career in Customer Service
/ Excellent written and spoken English
