Canon – Business Operations Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the projects or transactions of the Business Operation team.
  • Checking the system movements and interfaces on a daily basis and resolving any errors with the IT team.
  • Providing weekly invoice control on the import side and sharing the import content lists with the 3PL operation after the import clearance.
  • Supporting the import and logistics side in daily operations.
  • Tracking missing, damaged, and problematic deliveries on a weekly and daily basis, and reporting them to the team.
  • Following the import report and answering emails from the sales department about stock entries.
  • Organizing the warehouse to ensure the vehicle organization of return products.

COMPETENCIES

  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Problem solver, analytical ability, willing to work a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work to deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Able to work 4-5 days in a week.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
