QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities
- Support Advanced Analytics & Digital projects with designing, testing & bug-fixing processes
- Update hierarchy, territory & product assignments, market & product definitions for Qlikview Sales Dashboard on quarterly basis
- Data collection, verification & upload to Qlikview Dashboard from IQVIA reporting system
- E-mail campaign execution through Eloqua tool and provide campaign reports
- Tracking of digital KPIs by regular reports
- Provide JMC (Janssen Medical Cloud) customer engagement reports
- Provide usage report of 1-1 e-mailings
- e-detail material implementation,testing & verification
- CIE (Customer Interaction Excellence) monthly realization reports
- Opt-in & concent process management in iConnect
- New LOA/sales stage/barrier/POT/PEN/TC administration via web interface in case of need
- Purchasing Order process management for marketing projects in collaboration with marketing & purchasing departments and agencies
- Creation of congress agencies on demand from Event Team and data testing
- User support for iConnect, C3i support team management
- New User creation request on iConnect chatter
- Ad hoc demands and reporting
Qualifications:
- University under-graduate
- Good command of English
