Your Responsibilities

/ Supporting new process design, analysis, and documentation (e.g., stakeholder guidelines, program materials)

/ Support the coordination of talent management activities

/ Assist in the development and implementation of talent development programs, including mentorship programs, and performance management processes.

/ Assist with data management and analysis related to talent metrics and trends.

Your Profile

/ Enrolled in a post-graduate program and able to work at least 4 days/week; ongoing studentship is a must

/ Good command of spoken and written English

/ Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)

/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative, good team player, self-managed and strong communication skills
