Job Description
- Control and apply postponement, preponement and cancellation requests from internal customers.
- Tracking of unconfirmed purchase orders, correcting incorrect confirmations in the SAP system via EDI.
- Support Customer Logistics Planning team regarding operation issues.
Qualifications
- 3rd year or master student from related fields Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, and other relevant departments,
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular)
- Excellent command of English,
- Ability to handle, analyse large amount of data and present it,
- Attention to detail,
- Analytical thinking, social competence & teamwork ability,
- Excellent time management
- Good command in English or German
- SAP knowledge is preferred
