Internship at British American Tobacco is uniquely challenging and full of learning opportunities. This program enables those students who are looking to develop an Operations career and looking for the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of working within a top global company.  
We are looking for high caliber, ambitious and creative students who want to be challenged to achieve their full potential. You choose the business function that suits your individual strengths and if you are successful in the application process, we will structure your development around a clearly defined set of deliverables. The internship program will be 3 months in the summer with a possibility to extend to long-term.

ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?  

Support digital transformation of Packaging Deployment team to increase the added value for both Packaging Deployment and its stakeholders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

You’ll get to fully take part in a transformation project in one of the areas of Packaging deployment . This would allow you to get experience working with the full professional and diverse technical team with intense packaging industry background and a chance to learn Product Lifecycle and Project Management processes and stakeholder management.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL 

  • Students completed 3 years in university with technical disciplines (Engineering, Industrial and Graphical Design)
  • Able to work minimum 3 days per week
  • Excel advanced level
  • Microsoft Office advanced level
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills. Attention on details is critical
  • Solid time management and able to prioritize effectively
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels ranging from operational teams and up to senior stakeholders
