Your Role: As our E-commerce Technical and Analytics Specialist, you will be pivotal in enhancing our digital footprint across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth online operations, leveraging data for strategic decision-making, and supporting marketing efforts with robust technical solutions.

Your Tasks:

• Platform Integration and Management: Lead the integration process between Shopify and other major marketplaces to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Website Development and Maintenance: Manage our Shopify site’s technical aspects, focusing on functionality, security, and user engagement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics to shape business strategies, improve market position, and optimize operations.
• Software Solutions Evaluation: Assess and deploy advanced software tools to support sales and marketing endeavors.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with marketing and content teams, offering technical guidance to refine SEO and content strategies.

Your Profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Expertise in Shopify and familiarity with other e-commerce platforms.
• A strong background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Skilled in data analysis and database management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrates a proactive, self-driven approach, capable of defining problems and generating solutions independently, without needing step-by-step guidance.
• Project Management: Utilizes platforms like Notion to structure projects, track progress, establish milestones, and measure success, ensuring well-organized and efficient project execution.
