What The Day Will Look Like

As a team member, you will experience the inner workings of Aon’s People Organization team. Day to day responsibilities will align tasks with the following strategic initiatives:

·        Colleague Experience

·        Assist recruitment team in all recruitment processes,

·        Support daily HR Operations

·        Taking active role in different units of HR

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

·        Able to work minimum 3 days per week as long term intern

·        Undergraduate 4th year students or postgraduate students

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional.

·       An adaptable and flexible team player with a high learning agility

The goal of the Aon Internship Program is to give students significant exposure to Aon through project deliverables, continuing education and a training curriculum. The program also provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn and prepare for post-graduate career opportunities at Aon. Upon successful completion of the Aon Internship Program, highly qualified interns may be offered post-graduation full-time positions.
