We welcome 4th year students or fresh graduates who;

• are willing to constantly learn and develop,
• combine their strengths with teamwork,
• want to experience business life and build a career in one of the following departments:Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing / Sales, Production / Operation,
• are able to  attend the office at least 3 days a week to apply to our program.

Throughout the working period of 10 months, we support your development with

•  a specific project that you will be responsible from,
•  a Coach/Mentor who will help you with your project,
•  a Peer Buddy within the team, who will guide you to adapt to corporate life more easily,
•  training programs planned to help you grow.
