As we continue our journey toward innovation and excellence, we are seeking a Raw Milk Process Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards in milk processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Milk Processing: Oversee the collection, storage, and processing of raw milk, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met at every stage.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor raw milk quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve raw milk processing operations to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the quality assurance, maintenance, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Zootechnology, Zootechnics or a related field.
• B2 level English knowledge –
• 2.8 GPA as minimum
• No military obligation
• Willing to live in France for 2,5 years
• Active driver
• Max 28 years old (Determined by the French law)

What We Offer:

• Successful candidates will spend two years in France – with an additional 6 months of intensive French language course prior to the program and receive high level training in technical and managerial competencies and learn a new language.
• All fees (travel, tuition, insurance) related to the program will be covered by the company.
