MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

• Assisting the finance department with the credit control process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving payment from customers in accordance with established methods and procedures
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of payment history and status of accounts
• Reconciling customer accounts in timely manner
• Following regularly with customers through Emails, Phone etc.
• Recognizing calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly

COMPETENCIES

• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Problem solver and willing to work hard in a dynamic environment doing a variety of tasks
• Team player with the ability to work with deadlines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior students or new graduates interested in gaining experience with Canon
• Able to work 4-5 days in a week
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Good command of MS Office applications
