Your Responsibilities

Defining unclear process steps and responsibilities with relevant stakeholders by creating RACI matrix and process flows on Visio/Aris tools

/Supporting to implement process improvement methods like Celonis, Lean Admin and RPA

/Coordinating relevant stakeholders by defining KPIs for process studies and developing KPI dashboards on Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense tools and etc.

/Ensuring standard documentation management and follow-up (policies, regulations, instructions and processes) on Orgdoku tool and being main responsible for communication with organization

/Supporting responsible team members in organizational development projects

Your Profile 

/Undergraduate 3rd grade students or master students at 1st year, preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, Business Administration or similar fields

/Able to work at least 3 days a week

/Analytical minded, target oriented, resistant to stress and believes in team working & Technical Excel, MS Powerpoint and PowerBI knowledge is an asset

/Fluent English knowledge is must, German knowledge is an asset
