• Support to the projects or transactions of the Business Operation team
• Recording orders into the system and keeping up-to-date records of orders coming from our business partners or customers
• Tracking orders in communication with the logistics team and ensuring coordination
• Informing our business partners and customers about delivery processes
• Sharing daily reports with relevant departments
• Tracking and invoicing special orders
• Collaborating with the project team to improve system processes

What we ask

• 3th, 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
• Able to work 4-5 days in a week
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Self motivated with good communication skills
• Problem solver, analytical ability, willing to work a dynamic environment
• Team player with the ability to work to deadline
