About the Role

For our Procurement team based in Istanbul, we are looking for a “Procurement Intern” who will be working with the Hazelnut Procurement team.

Who we are looking for:

• 4th year university or master program student
• Able to work min. 4 days/week for 6 months
• Passionate for food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills with detail-oriented approach
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Turkish

Main Responsibilities:

• Support reporting process for Luxemburg and Istanbul senior management
• Help the team in keeping the procurement files updated on daily basis
• Follow up operational processes related with contract approval and SAP action processes, including new vendor creations
• Trackk suppliers’ delivery performances and export numbers
• Share daily purchase information with other departments
