Location (comertkent sitesi) close to A gate to the university
House is 3+1 each will have his/her own room ( rooms is furnurished )
Rent + deposite is required
Rent is around 3700-4000 tl (would be all included rent + bills)
Deposite 4000 tl
There are house rules: Privacy, cleaning( common areas), no smoking, no alcohol, being quite.
The goal of the house: to have clean, quite place to studying for all.
