QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

“Finance Trainee” will be responsible to provide the required support in Finance Department and will be reported to Finance Officers.

Duties and Responsibilities;

1. Preparing the financial records to be archived on real-time/daily basis.
2. Compilation of soft and hard copies records (fields and country office).
3. Maintaining the documents and files to be sure they indexed in a standard manner.
4. Uploading financial records on archiving on server on weekly basis.
5. Preparing & printing the documents making to be ready to share with Financial Consultant.
6. Receiving the payment request from Supply Chain department and added them on the payment tracking sheet.
7. Supporting Finance Officer to review and process the shared documents form Supply Chain department
8. Supporting Finance Officer in the monthly bank reconciliations, and keep a proper record for it soft and hard copies.
9. Supporting the Finance Officer to prepare the financial documents for Audit and Donor purposes.
10. Supporting Finance Officer in controlling the bank balance daily basis. 
11. Any other task might be shared by the line managers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS 

• University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or any other closely relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Systematic and organized.
• Must be Turkish citizen.
