Your Responsibilities

/ Supporting the Talent Management & Academy Team
/ Taking active part in full-cycle learning process (i.e.participating to training meetings about required trainings ,organizing training activities, managing invitations and conducting training evaluation assessments) 
/ Preparing training activity reports and reporting KPI’s
/ Following up online trainings and e-learning activities.

Your Profile 

/ Undergraduate students (preferably 3rd grade ) or Master’s Degree program students studying in related departments of universities
/ Willing to work at least 4 days in Umraniye  (hybrid-working available)
/ Excellent written and spoken English
/ Able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
