QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being 4th year student of universities of in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Commerce, MIS from a reputable university,Graduating in January 2022 or June 2022 is expected
• Ability to commit for a 6 months
• Ability to work minimum 3 days per week
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English; Turkish is a must
• Ability to use MS Office programs

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support market and business insights generation process

• Monitor the developments in healthcare market landscape and the operating markets 
• Prepare BU specific reports, reports related with Turkey healthcare market and Bayer Pharma’s performance both on a periodic and ad-hoc basis

Support sales force excellence processes

• Generate periodic and ad-hoc sales and other performance analysis to drive sales force efficiency
• Support data systems management and KPI dashboards maintenance 

Support integrated multichannel marketing team(IMCM)

• Generate periodic IMCM reports including e-mailing, remote detailing etc. by using actively salesforce.com
• Do all tests for IMCM dashboard
• Follow up technologic and marketing trends in pharmaceutical to inspire BUs
