Launch – Amazon’s corporate MBA internship program for Europe is eight to 10 weeks long, providing deep exposure to one of our diverse European business areas. Interns partner with key business groups and cross-functional teams to analyze unique business ideas, make data driven decisions, and provide input to drive meaningful change. Each intern will have exposure to senior level management and the opportunity to apply general business and functional skills to support successful development and execution of strategy. Interns will be either matched to a project or a functional role.
Should you be successful in your internship, you will be offered a place on our full-time launch program. Launch recruits top MBA international talent and builds broad, adaptable Amazonians across corporate businesses in Europe. The program provides a platform for MBAs to make the successful transition from their pre-MBA experience to Amazon. We run a three-year program offering two job rotations supported through on-boarding activities, core training modules, networking opportunities, and mentorship. Launch MBAs start by diving deep to understand customers and how the business is meeting their needs, then apply the learning from their MBA and their own creativity, to identify the opportunities where they can make the biggest difference. At the end of the three-year program, MBAs have integrated into Amazon’s peculiar ways and have acquired a diverse set of experience that enable them to take ownership of their next career move through Amazon’s extensive internal job opportunities. Through the rotation process, MBAs are able to move to a new function, business, and/or European location.
Opportunities within different business areas (for both internship and full-time roles) vary each year, and can include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Prime Video, Devices, and Consumer.
