/ Supporting project teams in piloting and scaling various digitalization projects in our Contact Centers with a focus on AI

/ Supporting process analysis, requirement and use case documentation

/ Taking over tasks of working packages

/ Deriving ideas and detailed working packages based on theanalysis

/ Supporting in preparation of workshops and stakeholder meeting

Your Profile

/ Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Physics or relatedfields

/ Reliable and independent working style as a team player, as well as open-minded thinking and pro-activeness comes naturally to you

/ Available to work at least 3 days/week and full-time in summer

/ Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages considered a plus

/ Excellent MS-Office skills, esp. Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
