QUALIFICATIONS
We seek for an “Intern” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in BESLER (part of Yildiz Holding) in Human Resources Department in Pendik / Istanbul location with below qualifications;
- University 3rd & 4th-year university or master students in the related field,
- Able to work minimum 3-4 full days in a week,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- A good team player with analytical thinking,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high dynamism,
- Willingness to improvement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Screening resumes and application forms.
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
- Providing support to payroll and personnel affairs.
- Preparing HR-related reports as needed.
- Supporting all other HR functions.
