QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Izmit based Procurement Intern who will be directly reporting to Technical Procurement Manager. The qualifications and responsibilities are mentioned below:
Who we are looking for:
- Fresh graduated, University or Master student from Engineering Faculties. Preferably Mechanical and Industrial Engineering,
- 5 days of availability is required,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus),
- Strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinking,
- Willingness and potential for learning and development,
- Strong ability to work in a multi-tasking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers for registration process for SAP ARIBA,
- Working on Qualification studies on SAP ARIBA,
- Follow up delivery status of the orders on SAP,
- Scouting Activities for potential suppliers, Scorecard Comparisions and Monitoring Financial Reports,
- Follow Up studies for Contracts
- Procedure Compliance Studies with Documentation
