QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Clinic Center we are specialized in arranging hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, dental treatments and eye surgery procedures in Turkey. 

Clinic Center is one of the biggest service exporters in Turkey and entered the TIM Service Exporters 500 list in 2017 and among Turkey’s 100 fastest growing companies according to TOBB. Our partner doctors have treated many patients from various countries such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, United States of America and Middle East. 

We are looking for young and dynamic team members who will be managing our operations in partner hotels and hospitals bu guiding our international patients. You will be also responsible to collect visuals (photos & videos) from international patients 

Requirements

• University graduate preferably form tourism or health related departments
• Advanced level of English
• German proficiency is plus
• Great communication skills
• Having a great passion for creating and collecting creative visuals
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Have great attention to detail

İŞ TANIMI

• Assisting patients and translating necessary information to patients and doctors if required  
• Guiding patients from hotel to hospital 
• Assisting international patients during their appointments with doctors
• Passing the required information clearly to the patients about their treatment, city and hotel
• Collecting materials from patients such as photos, pictures and videos
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Retention teams to find creative solutions for creating new visuals
• Providing non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations
• Recording patients experience and creating patient journey movies
