Istanbul based an independent full-service law firm is looking for interns.

Position

Intern will be assisting in the following areas:

·         Corporate and commercial law

·         Competition law

·         Mergers & Acquisitions

·         Joint Venture Agreements

·         Corporate house-keeping for retainer clients

·         Procurement contracts

·         Construction contracts

·         Real estate law

·         Administrative law

·         Energy law

·         IT and IP law

·         Data protection

·         Translations

Qualifications and Competencies

·         Law degree from a reputable law school,

·         Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skill,

·         Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
